Exercises:

1. Kettlebell Swings

2. Squat Press

3. Press Ups

4. Sit Ups

5. Single Arm Swing w/ change at top

6. Reverse lunge knee raise Alt

7. Star Jumps

8. Squat High Pull

9. Leg Raises

10. Burpees

 

Complete your chosen amount of time of each exercise, after the 10 exercises, have 2 min rest then complete the exercises again. 4 rounds total
