20 High Knees

10 Squat Thrusts

10 Squat Pulse

10 Butterfly Sit-Ups

5 Walk Outs

x2 Rounds

 

1 Minute work / 30 secs rest

1. Good Morning-Squat

2. Mountain Climbers

3. Step Outs-Squat Thrusts

4. Curtsy Pulse – 30s each leg

5. Lunge Thrust

x2 rounds

 

2.5 minutes work / 1 minute rest

1. 10 jump squats – 10 jump lunge – 10 squat lunge push ups

2. 10 head toe touch – 10 leg raises – 10 plank jacks

3. 5 roll ups – 5 walk outs – 5 tuck jumps

 

20 reps each leg

1. Kick backs

2. Fire hydrants

3. Supermans

4. Glute bridge

5.  Minute plank
